"Creativity is kink. Like a prism, it breaks the linear white ray into a rich, colorful spectrum. It’s about curiosity, the thrill of the unknown, the unconventional, the new. But mostly it’s about the pleasure to create, to be bold and have fun!"

 

Sara was born in Munich into an Italian family. After all she decided to get stuck in the middle with the lovely Viennese, where she conceptualizes, directs, and assistant directs brand films, commercials, music videos, explainers, branded entertainment, short and feature films. 
 

Her roots sparked a particular interest in concepts of identity and how character and context lead to behavior. With a strong sense of storytelling, she plays with ways to express metaphorically through detailed visual compositions and subtext. Her style ranges from delicately poetic to bold edginess and evokes sensible emotion through the beauty of authenticity and a particular sense of humor.

Sara directed commercials for clients such as Das Land Niederösterreich to be shown at the Expo in Osaka 2025, the Jane Goodall Institute, Arwag, European Carbon Control, and the Museum of Modern Art in Salzburg. 

 

Currently, she is in the post-production process for her new Art&Fashion Film, in collaboration with Designer Kareem Aladhami and DoP Gregor Perle.

 

And if she is not creating herself, she’s happy to assist her fellow directors. For the love of the art and to celebrate the kinkiness of creativity.
